The first block of life of a teacher was easy to manage as it was only for one day, and there wasn't much planning needed. In block two, however it was slightly more challenging because of the consecutive days and it was something that was new to me and I had not done such a thing before, but it was a good challenge that I enjoyed.

It was more complex in block two because of the consecutive days. However, it wasn't as challenging as I thought it would be because the learners knew who I was and were comfortable with me as a student teacher. Additionally, the planning of the lessons were easy to come up with because of the collaboration I had with my mentor teacher prior to the life of a teacher.

The activities I found most challenging was organising and planning lessons for different subjects on both days. I was able to overcome these challenges by collaborating with my mentor and getting her advice on the lessons and what will work best, and which activities she would like the learners to complete.

Regarding my self-evaluation that I completed before TE, I would know rate myself higher because I feel this TE helped me develop more as a teacher and support my development of my subject, content and pedagogical knowledge. By conducting more lessons during TE, most of them impromptu lessons given to me by my mentor teacher, helped me with the practical experience of being a teacher, and how I can personally develop my own teaching style and how I can connect with the learners in my own way.

The exit level outcomes prove that I have developed as a teacher and that my self-evaluation was a good start on how I, myself could develop.

Great to see you have listed some vulnerabilities. However I disagree with all of them you are already an accomplished individual and an excellent teacher. The outcomes that this module laid out are more like constraints for you as you have surpassed them in every way possible. Your future class is lucky to have you.

Taking over a classes for consecutive days as a student teacher was more daunting that it would be just teaching a lesson or two a day. It requires us to be even more prepared with resources as well as mentally prepared for the longer day ahead. Your reflections shows a deep understanding of your experience.
